Dynamic Balancing

Rotor Unbalance, or more accurately, the effect of rotor unbalance is something we all experience everyday in the home, traffic and at work today. Whether it is the front wheels of the car, the uneven loading of washing in the washing machine, the motors of the the aircraft before they are overhauled, or the fan of the office air conditioning system when it needs to be cleaned, unbalance always appears in the form of noticeable vibrations, which for humans, are unpleasant.

Quality balancing always leads to increased safety, longer service life and availability of machines in operation. It is therefore a requirement not only for technical and safety reasons, but also in the interest of running a cost-effective operation.

Jany Engineering has the state-of-the-art certified equipment, qualified and experienced personnel to perform both single and double plane balancing, in-house and on-site, to internationally acceptable vibration limit values. Our average time per machine is 3 hours bar any mechanical issues.
